Return,Refund & Replacement Policy

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry, this is our bad) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price  or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We would also love to make you a cup of tea to say sorry but some things just aren't possible.

 

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us.

 

Cancellation is not possible for the orders obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali etc.

 

 

In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the product. 

 

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

 

Kindly view all product descriptions and product videos where available before purchase. Some products require special installation or installation of third party apps before use. Some DIY (do it yourself) products will require additional effort and setup before use, and the responsibility of the said effort rests fully with the customer. Sealddeal does not provide onsite or offsite setup services. Sealddeal does not take responsibility for your ability or inability to use any products bought from it's site or its affiliates.

Put your request by clicking returns on home page footer.Customer need to fill up th details and click submit.


Wait for our team to revert.

 

Once return is approved. Pick up would be done from customer place.

 

Note: Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.

 

Products cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded if they are as per description and delivered in working condition. Sealddeal reserve the right to return back the product to customer in such cases.

 

Full payment will be credited back to your bank account within 5-10 working days.
